About Us
Leslie J. Mack – Leslie has 25 years of customer service and management experience in the hotel, entertainment, retail and tourism industries. She has demonstrated her talent at anticipating needs, developing and simplifying procedures, and finding innovative and profitable solutions to complex problems. Leslie has been a ticket office manager and event accountant for stadiums, convention centers, and theaters for major promoters and venues like the City of Orlando CentroPlex and CAPA in Columbus, Ohio. She was the regional manager for major retail operations like Hallmark, a hotel night manager and trainer in night auditing procedures for Wellesley Inns, and a graphic researcher and photographer in the educational departments’ multimedia productions for the Ohio Historical Society. Leslie represents the Hotel Industry on the Shelter Committee at the All Hazards Consortium in Washington D.C. She pitched FindShelterNow at Startup Weekend Columbus and was one of the winning startup concepts.
Lawrence
E. Adams – Larry
is a long time IT and business practitioner with a passion for desktop
technology and decision support systems. Larry’s career includes database
administration, data center management, information systems development,
management reporting and analysis, financial forecasting, and strategic
planning. Currently a Senior Consultant Process Management with Nationwide
Insurance, Larry has prior experience with Shared Medical Systems and Chemical
Abstracts Service. MS Information Science, Georgia Institute of Technology; BS
Computer Engineering, The Ohio State University. Larry built our collaboration
web site, complete with forums, wikis and comments, using Expression Engine and
he found the incredible ROI for hotels and investors in HOTELTechSystems.

Adviser - Jim Heinen –
Jim has 30 years’ experience with Marriott International as Chairman, Marriott
Business Council, Regional Director, and General Manager, spans sales,
marketing, human resources, education, training, startup, branding and
re-branding, growth, and crisis planning. Jim is now the General Manager at
South Campus Gateway / CBRE. South Campus Gateway is an urban mixed-use project
with retail, entertainment, residential and office uses.
FEMA
Adviser - Anthony McDermott –
Tony is the Director of Product Development and Marketing at Priority5. Tony
brings over 18 years of management experience including five years as CEO of
successful startup companies. Prior to founding Priority5, Tony played a vital
role in the development of critical infrastructure exercises for the United
States government and private sector stakeholders. Tony served in the U.S.
Coast Guard, is a FEMA certified ICS (incident command system) expert, and has
participated in major disaster response operations ranging from oil spills to
hurricanes. Tony is a successful visionary with a track record of migrating
concepts to profits.
